Ooni Karu 16 - Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven

The  Ooni Karu 16 is a multi-fuel pizza oven. It can be fuelled by wood or charcoal (there is a gas burner sold separately). This pizza oven will cook a 16″ pizza in 60 seconds and is up to 500°C in only 15 minutes!

This is the first Ooni pizza oven to come with a glass door, allowing you to see when your pizza is ready and prevent it from burning. There is also a digital thermometer included which allows you to closely monitor the heat.

The size of the Karu 16 also means you can cook more than pizzas. Steaks, fish fillets, vegetables and more can be cooked with ease in the Karu 16. When cooking anything with juices, please use cast iron pans, this protects the cooking stone.

The Ooni Karu 16 has improved insulation and weather resistance. It has a carbon steel shell and high temperature-resistant powder coated finish.
