How should the Keter Furniture be cleaned?

Using a soapy water and a damp cloth, thoroughly wipe the surface of the frames clean. Repeat this action until the dirt is removed. A hose can be used but do not use a pressure washer. The cushions can be brushed gently to remove any surface dirt. Do not wash, or dry clean.

Will the resin fade or keep its colour?

All of our Keter products are made from a unique blend of new and recycled resin and compounds to maximise on strength and longevity. UV-resistant materials have been added to prolong the look of our products.

Can the cushions be left outside?

No, the cushions on the Keter Furniture are not weatherproof and should not be left to get wet.

What is the warranty on Keter Furniture?

Keter furniture has a 3 year manufacturer's limited warranty against faults. Please note that the cushions are not covered by this warranty. We always advise that end users keep a proof of purchase when purchasing our ranges to avoid any delay in an event of a warranty claim. Please ask for full details of our warranty and refer to this for claim information.

Are replacement parts available? Yes. It is our policy to offer replacement parts if an item is received damaged. Please contact our service team with details of the parts required.
