Can the gazebo be left erected?
The structures are normally secured into position with bolts at the bottom of each post and should be installed in a semi-sheltered area to prevent wind damage. Please ensure that the correct fixings are used for the surface the gazebo stands on. Textilene panels, leaves etc. can be left open/at an angle when not in use, to help avoid weather damage.
How are the gazebos maintained?
For effective care we recommend brushing off loose dirt, and sponging lightly with a mild soap solution for more stubborn stains. Do not use harsh cleaning agents or bleach. Do not iron. Regularly lubricate all fixings to ensure they do not weather and seize.
In the spring we would suggest that all bolts are checked and tightened. Is the gazebo waterproof?
Gazebos with textilene roofs are designed as sun shades and are not waterproof.
What is the warranty this gazebo?
Our gazebos have a one year limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Damage caused by wind and weather conditions is not covered by warranty. We always advise that end users keep a proof of purchase when purchasing to avoid any delay in an event of a warranty claim.
